Perth is a pretty quiet city. From our plane touching down we were through customs and in a taxi to our hostel with in about 40 mins. The only real point to note from the flight was that the urinals in Hong Kong are really low to the ground! The bikes made it in one piece and no dramas from customs.
We didn’t see any people on the streets between the airport, hostel and the 15 min walk to maccies. Granted it was 12:30 at night but still, seemed pretty dead for the biggest city on the west coast.
Our hostel room made for a great garage and after a bit of shopping we’re ready to head off to the Shire of York (btec name) tomorrow morning.
